Duck Spring Rolls

Started the week off with some crispy confit duck spring rolls.

Made the wraps from scratch filled with confit duck meat, carrot, red cabbage, cucumber & spring onions.

In addition we served it with orange & plum dipping sauce.

Finished with an Asian cucumber salad.
